Bodybuilding Naturally

Bodybuilding Naturally-Every man has a secret desire to build muscles and often spend a lot of time working out, aiming to develop those awesome cuts that they envy on television and social media. Let’s face it, everyone loves the brains with brawn type but bodybuilding naturally is not as easy as it looks. It’s always a good idea to work out at the gym on a regular basis. Bulking up the wrong way can make you look like a cluster of clouds. If you are dedicated to achieving muscle fitness the organic holistic way, make sure you include the following in your diet. Remember not to overdo the intake and adjust it to your personal workout fuel requirements to get maximum results out of your regimen. You are what you eat

Bodybuilding

Proteins
This is excellent for muscle and bodybuilding. Organic lean meats, fish, legumes, nuts, hemp, and quinoa.
Although ingesting more protein can help increase muscle mass, sometimes, this simple approach yields simple results. Proper knowledge of the plethora of dietary protein sources and their effects on the body will help you significantly in your journey to bodybuilding naturally. Although organic supplements and organic protein powders are plentiful, here are some organic and natural proteins that would stand by you through thick and thin.

• Whey protein: isolate, concentrate & hydrolyzed (my favorite being plant-based proteins)
• Calcium caseinate
• Egg white
• Whole Egg
• Micellar Casein
• Hemp Protein
• Milk Protein Isolate
• Soy Protein
• Meat Sources

I have listed below a few products which I have personally used and tested and hence have recommended them. (Some of the links below are affiliate links which means that if you choose to make a purchase, I will earn a commission. This commission comes at no additional cost to you)

Great tasting with a nutty flavor these high protein seeds are great in salads, oatmeal, smoothies, cereals or can be eaten directly. 3 tablespoons has about 10 gms of proteins. The company offers both organic as well as natural hemp seeds.

Check this delicious and creamy organic whey protein powder!

They are a bit on the expensive side and the bag a little small but the taste and the quality make up for that. It is one of the purest organic protein supplements and hormone free I have found in the market to date. I also found mixing it with cold liquid was better than hot.

This plant protein is my favorite. It has 21 percent vegan protein. I normally add it to my smoothies or almond milk. It is creamy and does not taste chalky or strange.

Carbohydrates
These help fuel your workout that in turn allows lifting heavier weights, thus helping you gain muscle fast. Load up on organic carbs like brown rice, whole wheat pasta etc. and be sure to avoid simple carbs like white flour, white rice etc.

Collagen Protein
If you are looking to build healthy muscles naturally, or bodybuilding naturally then this dietary collagen is perfect for you. Why would you want to work out five or six hours a day and just return home with sore joints? With this collagen, you will be able to strengthen and build your tendons, muscles, fascia, and ligaments. This is one of the organic supplements that help with the recovery process and you will not have to limp around all day after slugging it out at the gym.

Glutamine
This is a very commonly found amino acid that is present in the muscle tissues. When you work out on a daily basis, your glutamine sources start getting depleted and before you know it your muscles will start getting exhausted. This leads to reduced endurance, strength and even recovery of muscles. This is definitely not good news when you are looking to become the next Mr. Universe! With the help of glutamine, you will be able to increase the tone of your muscles and increase the strength in your body.

Organic food alone won’t help you gain muscle fat. To quote Rihanna – Work, work work!

Mix it up
When you are working out, make sure you target different muscle groups at the same time on the same day into shock so your body is forced to repair the muscle tears, thus giving you faster muscle gain. This is common workout terminology for placing a heavier load on your muscles. This stimulates muscle gain faster.

Shake it baby!
Do you often get “wheysted”? Look no further, blend the following ingredients into a smoothie for a delicious and protein-packed shake:
• 1 banana, peeled
• Low-fat natural yogurt, 150 g
• Semi-skimmed milk, 100 ml
• Peanut butter, 1 tbsp
• Chia seeds, 1 tbsp
• Ground Cinnamon, ½ tsp

Go on, try it! If this protein shake doesn’t bring the boys to the yard, I don’t know what else will.

What’s in it for you?

Organic foods are healthy food options that come with a lot of health benefits like:

• Higher antioxidant capacity that prevents cancer, heart disease etc. more efficiently.
• Fewer pesticides so less exposure to toxins that cause several health issues.
• Organic meats are free of antibiotics and artificial hormones and are therefore of higher quality, thus providing required benefits more efficiently.

• Protection from food-borne illnesses.
